Construction and material specifications for streets, the design of which is set forth in Sections 1022.02 and 1022.03, shall be in accordance with the latest version of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Material Specifications, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Street excavation, embankment and subgrade compaction shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Section 1022.02 and Item 203 and other pertinent parts of said ODOT Specifications. Concrete street pavement construction shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 1022.02 and 1022.03 and Items 304 and 451 and other pertinent parts of said ODOT Specifications. Asphalt-surfaced street pavement shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 1022.02 and 1022.03 and Items 301, 304, 402, 404 and 408 and other pertinent parts of said ODOT Specifications. Shoulders shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 1022.02 and 1022.03 and Items 409 and 411 and other pertinent parts of said ODOT Specifications.
