660.18   PARKING AND STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL AND HEAVY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE COUNTRY HOME DISTRICT.
   (a)   No person shall park or store a commercial vehicle at any time on private property in the Country Home District unless such vehicle is parked or stored in an enclosed structure, or unless such vehicle is parked temporarily, for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property, and then only for a period not to exceed one-half hour. However, the following kinds of vehicles and equipment shall not be parked or stored anywhere on private property in the Country Home District for any period of time: a commercial tractor, a semitrailer, a tow truck, a bulldozer, an earth carrier, a crane or any other similar equipment or machinery, unless the same is parked on such private property while in use for approved construction on the property.
   (b)   Nothing in division (a) of this section shall be construed to prohibit the parking or storage, on private property in the Country Home District, of passenger vans, sport utility vehicles or trailers of the recreational kind, commonly called travel trailers, campers and mobile homes, provided that such trailers of the recreational kind, travel trailers, campers and mobile homes are parked at least 70 feet from a public right-of-way as provided in Section 660.17. Furthermore, nothing in division (a) of this section shall be construed to prohibit the parking or storage of equipment used exclusively on the property provided that such equipment is parked at least 70 feet from a public right-of-way and behind the residence or accessory building.
