(a) No person shall park a boat, trailer, mobile home, camper or other recreational vehicle on any residential premises in the Village closer than 70 feet from a public right-of-way.

(b) No person shall tie in or connect any public utility, including gas, electric, water or sewer service, with any boat, trailer, mobile home, camper or other recreational vehicle parked or stored on any residential premises in the Village.
(c) No person shall park or store a boat, trailer, mobile home, camper or other recreational vehicle on any residential premises in the Village if such boat, trailer, mobile home, camper or other recreational vehicle is not registered and licensed in the name of the owner or lessee of such premises.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
