(a) Preparation and Delivery of Agenda. The Mayor shall be responsible for the preparation of an agenda for each regularly scheduled Council meeting. The agenda shall follow the order of business as set forth in Section 220.05 and shall contain the title of each ordinance and resolution to be considered by Council and a brief description of new business which the Mayor anticipates presenting to Council. Persons with business before Council shall be encouraged to advise the Mayor of the nature of such business in time for inclusion in the agenda so that Council and the Mayor may prepare therefor.
(b) Preparation and Delivery of Other Papers. The Solicitor shall furnish the Mayor with copies of each ordinance and resolution to be considered at such Council meeting. The Clerk shall furnish to the Mayor copies of the minutes of the previous meeting and, monthly, copies of a financial report of the Village, in such form as requested by Council. Each committee having a report to deliver shall furnish the Mayor copies thereof. All of such ordinances, resolutions, minutes and reports shall be delivered to the Mayor no later than the Monday immediately prior to the Council meeting, and the Mayor shall cause to be delivered with the agenda, as aforesaid, copies of each to each Councilman, and copies of the minutes and reports to the Solicitor.
