220.05   ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business at meetings of Council shall be:
   (a)   Call to order.
   (b)   Reading and approval of minutes; corrections, if any.
   (c)   Reports of standing committees and discussion.
   (d)   Reports of special committees and discussion.
   (e)   Persons having business before Council.
   (f)   Presentation of claims and authorization of warrants.
   (g)   Unfinished business; second and third readings.
   (h)   Introduction and consideration of new ordinances and resolutions.
   (i)   Other new business.
   (j)   Notices and communications.
   (k)   Adjournment.
   The order of business shall be subject to change by a majority vote of the members of Council.
