§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular monthly meeting of the City Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Walton Senior Center, 44 North Main Street, Walton, Kentucky, and shall continue until adjourned by action of Council. Any and all city business may be discussed and acted upon at the regular monthly meeting.

   (B)   In addition to the regular monthly meeting set out in subsection (A) of this section, the City Council shall hold a monthly informational meeting on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Walton City Hall, 40 North Main Street, Walton, Kentucky. Any and all city business may be discussed at the informational meeting, to be known as a caucus meeting. No official action shall be taken at the caucus meeting.
   (C)   In addition to the regular monthly meetings set out in divisions (A) and (B) of this section, the City Council shall hold a monthly community events planning meeting on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at Walton City Hall, 40 North Main Street, Walton, Kentucky. In addition to discussion and planning community events, any and all city business may be discussed at these meetings: however no official action shall be taken at the community events planning meetings.

   (C)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Councilmembers and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
   (D)   At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (E)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting. (KRS 83A.130 (11))
