(A) (1) The requirements of KRS Chapter 100 have been performed for a review and amendment of the Boone County Comprehensive Plan adopted by reference in § 151.01, and the Population, Environment, Economy, Transportation, Business Activity, Housing, Public Facilities, Recreation, and Agriculture elements are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set out and are hereby adopted and approved as amendments to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan. All other parts, portions, provisions, materials, sections, elements, and clauses of the Boone County Comprehensive Plan remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 1986-15, passed 8-25-86)
(2) The Recreation element amending the Boone County Comprehensive Plan, is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set out, and is hereby adopted and approved as Amendment to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan. This Recreation element identified as Exhibit "A" is entitled Boone County Open Space Master Plan and dated January 19, 1989 and was prepared by the Boone County Parks and Recreation Department and the Boone County Planning Commission. The Findings of Fact of the Boone County Planning Commission set forth in its minutes and official records for the recreation element, entitled Boone County Open Space Master Plan as amendment to the current Boone County Comprehensive Plan be and the same are hereby incorporated by reference as though fully set out herein and serve as a basis for approval and adoption of this section. (B) The requirements of KRS Chapter 100 for a review and amendment of the Land Use Plan Element of the Boone County Comprehensive Plan have been followed, and a copy of the Land Use Plan Element amending the Boone County Comprehensive Plan is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set out and is hereby adopted and approved as an amendment to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan. This Land Use Plan Element is entitled LAND USE and dated August 27, 1986 and was prepared by the Boone County Planning Commission.
(1) The Future Land Use Map prepared by the Boone County Planning Commission as part of the review of the Boone County Comprehensive Plan reflecting the text of the Land Use Plan Element amendment adopted herein is also hereby adopted and approved by reference, this Future Land Use Map being entitled 1986 Future Land Use Map and dated August 27, 1986.
(2) The Preface section and Introduction section prepared by the Boone County Planning Commission as part of the review of the Boone County Comprehensive Plan are hereby adopted and approved by reference as amendments to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan, the Preface section being entitled Contents, Tables, Figures and Introduction and dated August 27, 1986.
(3) Exhibit "D" entitled "Boone County Comprehensive Plan" and dated August, 1986 contains the amendments to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan prepared, adopted, and approved in this section and § 150.01 is hereby adopted and approved as the Boone County Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the terms and provisions of this section.
(4) All other parts, portions, provisions, materials, sections, elements, and clauses amending the Boone County Comprehensive Plan shall remain in full force and effect as they are consistent with and serve as the basis for this Land Use Plan Element amendment and the Preface and Introduction sections as amendments to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan.
(5) As part of its review under KRS Chapter 100, amendments to the Boone County Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map have been prepared and the adoption and approval of the Land Use Plan Element and Future Land Use Map as amendments to the Boone County Comprehensive Plan are conditional and subject to the existing zoning regulations, including zoning text and zoning map, remaining in full force and effect until the other legislative bodies and fiscal court comprising the membership of the Boone County Planning Commission take action concerning adoption of the proposed amendments to the Boone County Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map.
