The publication entitled a “Zoning Ordinance for the City of Walters, Oklahoma,” prepared by the City Planning Commission, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference for the use of the city, and shall be in effect within the corporate limits of the municipality from and after the effective date of Ordinance 567.
