Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of the zoning ordinance adopted by this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in any sum not to exceed $500 plus court costs and fees in accordance with § 10.99, including amendments. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
