§ 151.16 SKIRTING.

(A) Fire-resistant skirting concealing the underside of the manufactured home should be used on all manufactured homes. The skirting shall be of a compatible material with the manufactured home structure, brick, stucco, cinder block, or poured concrete.

(B) A hinged opening shall be provided for access to the underside of the manufactured home.
