Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 10.99. Each day’s failure to comply shall constitute a separate violation. Each violation per day of an individual provision of this chapter shall be considered a separate violation and shall be subject to a separate fine per day. The imposition of any such fine shall not bar any other relief or penalties otherwise applicable.
