(A) The minimum setback and clearance requirements for manufactured homes or trailers are the following.
(1) All manufactured homes or trailers, not located in parks, shall be located at least 25 feet from the property boundary line abutting upon a public street or highway and at least 15 feet from other boundary lines of the development in which it is located.
(2) There shall be a minimum distance of ten feet between the stand and the abutting internal drive, a common parking area, or other common areas.
(3) No manufactured home or trailer shall be located closer than 20 feet to any permanent building or other pre-existing structure.
(4) No manufactured home or trailer, located in a park, shall be located closer than 20 feet from any other manufactured home or trailer, except manufactured homes or trailers may be located no closer than ten feet when placed rear side to rear side: no manufactured home or trailer shall be closer than five feet to any space boundary line except where expressly approved by the City Council upon the filing of a notice of appeal and hearing as set forth in this chapter.
(5) The height of the manufactured home frame above ground elevation, measured at 90 degrees to the frame, shall not be greater than three feet; for travel trailers it shall not be greater than two feet.
(B) All manufactured homes wherever located shall abide by the setback and clearance requirements of the city zoning ordinances.
