§ 151.07 COMMERCIAL USE OF MOBILE HOMES.
   Builders, subdividers, exhibitors, and others who desire to use manufactured homes temporarily at specific locations for field offices, demonstrations of equipment, or exhibitions may do so only upon application by the owner for a temporary license (permit). Other commercial uses shall not be allowed. The license shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed six months. The city can either issue the license or deny the application within 15 working days from the date of application.
