§ 150.50 MUNICIPAL GOVERNING BOARD DUTIES.
   The City Council may designate an administrative officer or administrative body to carry out the duties of the Municipal Governing Board as specified in § 150.44. The property owner or mortgage holder may appeal to the City Council from any order of the administrative officer or administrative body. Such appeal must be by filing written notice of appeal with the City Clerk within ten days after the administrative order is rendered.
