§ 150.44 COUNCIL ACTION REGARDING DILAPIDATED AND UNSECURED BUILDINGS.
   (A)   If the Council determines that the condition of the building constitutes a detriment or a hazard and that the property would be benefitted by the removal of such conditions, the Council may cause the dilapidated building to be torn down and removed in accordance with the procedures in 11 O.S. § 22-112, as amended.
   (B)   Whether or not the Council declares a building to be dilapidated, if it determines that the building should be boarded and secured, the Council may order the building boarded and secured in accordance with 11 O.S. § 22-112.1, as amended.
