§ 110.27 ON-PREMISES SALE PROHIBITED NEAR SCHOOL OR CHURCH.
   It is unlawful for any person to locate, operate, or maintain any tavern or other place where low-point beer is sold or dispensed, for consumption on the premises, within 300 feet of any school or any church located within the city limits of the city.
