§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 110.12 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction thereof, such person shall pay a fine in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time, plus court costs.
