§ 94.064 HUNTING AND FISHING.
   (A)   No person shall fish or hunt on the lake or lake property without first securing a permit therefor from the City Clerk and paying such fees as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the City Council. No free permits shall ever be issued.
   (B)   No game, except migratory birds, shall be killed upon the lake or lake property.
   (C)   No fishing shall be allowed in the lake, except at such times as the same may be recommended by the State Fish and Game Commission.
   (D)   It is unlawful for any person to exceed the limit, as to size and number, of fish taken from the lake, as such limit is fixed by the State Fish and Game Commission.
