§ 94.063 SWIMMING.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to swim in the lake.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to a person skiing on the lake in accord with the provisions of this subchapter, while he or she is making a reasonable and uninterrupted attempt to regain his or her skis or boat, or both, but in the event that an uninterrupted attempt is not made to do so, such person shall be in violation of this section.
