§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A) (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.025 through 93.039 or shall allow the premises occupied to become unsanitary, or who shall in any manner violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
      (3)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.070 through 93.072 or any law or code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.

   (B)   Failure to comply with § 93.034 shall constitute a misdemeanor.
