§ 93.036 UNAUTHORIZED PERSON NOT TO REMOVE GARBAGE OR RUBBISH.
   It is unlawful for any person, unless authorized so to do by the city, to remove from any premises or premises situated in the city or to transport through the streets, alleys, or public places of the city any garbage or rubbish.
