§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating § 75.19 shall be punished by a fine as provided in § 10.99. Each act of driving on the streets or highways as prohibited by § 75.19 shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person guilty of reckless driving as per § 75.22, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time, including costs.

   (D)   Any person, or persons, violating or failing to comply with any provision of § 74.56 shall be fined in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time, upon conviction, plus court costs and fees. Persons who violate § 74.56 subsequent to a first conviction shall be fined, upon conviction, $175, plus court costs and fees.

   (E)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 75.57(A) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time.

   (F)   Any person who violates § 75.58(A) shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $200.
