§ 51.050  WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any persons to connect or discharge to the POTW without first obtaining the permission of the town when requested by the POTW Director. A user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 90 days of the request. The POTW Director is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information.
