§ 156.175  AMENDMENTS; MOTION TO AMEND.
   (A)   Amendments. This chapter, including the zoning map, may be amended, supplemented or changed from time to time according to the following procedures in §§ 156.175 through 156.181.
   (B)   Motion to amend. The Town Board of Commissioners may, from time to time, amend, supplement, change, modify or repeal the boundaries or regulations herein, or subsequently amended. Proposed changes or amendments may be initiated by the Town Board, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment or by one or more owners, optionees or lessees of property within the area proposed to be changed or affected.
