§ 155.131  RESIDENTIAL LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   All lots shall provide adequate building space in accordance with the residential and/or nonresidential development standards contained in §§ 156.110 through 156.122 of the town zoning regulations.
   (B)   Nonresidential lots which are smaller than the minimum required for residential lots shall be identified on the plat as, “Not for Residential Purposes.”
