§ 155.102  DESIGN STANDARDS FOR STREETS.
   (A)   Public street construction. All roads or streets and related storm drainage facilities intended for dedication to the State Highway System or to be maintained by the town shall comply with the standards specified in § 155.110. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to show documentation to the Planning Board that he or she has met these standards.
   (B)   Curb and gutter drainage ditches for roads constructed in extraterritorial jurisdiction. On collector and local residential roads located in the town’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), the subdivider shall provide paved roadways, either with curb and gutter or drainage ditches. In either case, they shall comply with the appropriate standards established by the State Department of Transportation, Division of Highways.
   (C)   Right-of-way widths. All roads or streets shall conform with the minimum state standards according to the State Department of Transportation, Division of Highways. Where necessitated by adverse topographic conditions and with the approval of the State Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, the required right-of-way width may be reduced.
