§ 155.110  MINIMUM CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISION ROADS AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Road construction. All roads shall be constructed to meet the State Department of Transportation Subdivision Roads, Minimum Construction Standards.
   (B)   Pavement widths. The required pavement widths shall be as follows:
 
Major subdivisions (more than 6 lots)
30 feet
Minor subdivisions (6 lots or less)
20 feet
 
   (C)   Drainage systems. All related drainage systems shall be constructed to meet the State Department of Transportation standards.
