(A) No certificate of occupancy shall be issued until the address is posted according to the requirements of this chapter for new construction or additions.
(B) No new building permits shall be issued for parcels with existing structures until an address is posted according to the requirements of this chapter.
(C) All existing buildings in the town at the time of the adoption of this chapter shall have an address posted according to the requirements of this chapter.
(D) It shall be the duty of the Town Administrator and the Building Inspector to enforce this chapter.
(E) Noncompliance with this chapter shall make the owner of said property subject to § 153.99.
