§ 153.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days.

(B) Each day that a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
