The premises used for the operation of a cab or taxicab business shall be adequate for the storage of all cabs or taxicabs operated. Each operator and driver shall comply strictly with all parking ordinances of the town. The location of such place of business shall be approved by the Board for safety and convenience of the public and said location shall not be changed without approval of the Board.
