§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of $50 for each offense or violation, and each day said offense occurs or continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   In addition to the foregoing penalty, every such taxicab or for hire passenger vehicle which shall be driven either by the owner or by a driver in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 110.02, 110.05, 110.09 or 110.12(A), (B) or (E) shall be required to be kept out of operation as a taxicab on the streets of the town until such time as the same shall be driven by the owner, operator or driver who has complied with the provisions of this section or sections of this chapter violated.
