§ 110.05  NAME OF OWNER TO BE PAINTED ON VEHICLE.
   Every cab or taxicab operated upon the streets of the town shall have the name of the owner thereof and, at his or her option, his or her address and telephone number painted in letters at least two inches high upon each side of the main portion of the body in a manner plainly visible at all times.
