GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 94.01 CAMPGROUND SIZE.

   Campgrounds must have a minimum of 30 spaces. The spaces must be 1,225 square feet.

PARKS

§ 94.15 PARK SUPERVISORS.

   The Mayor and the Alderpersons of the city are constituted the Parks Department for the city.

§ 94.16 AUTHORITY OF POLICE.

   The authority of the Chief of Police and other police officers of the city shall extend to and cover any property described as a public park, and the police officers shall have the same jurisdiction to enforce the ordinances of the city within the park or within one mile of the outer boundary of the park for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community and of enforcing the ordinances and resolutions of the city relating thereto.

§ 94.17 PROTECTION OF PARK PROPERTY.

   Any person who shall deface, mar, injure, break into, or, in any way, interfere with any house, building, or other property situated in any park belonging to the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
