§ 50.006 ALTERING OR DISTURBING SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to uncover, make any connection with, open into, alter or disturb the sanitary sewer system or any appurtenances thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the POTW Director or the satellite town which is in another town or county.
