§ 110.45 SALES TO BE MADE DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
   No person shall sell, dispose of or offer to sell or to dispose of at public auction any of the goods, wares or merchandise set forth in § 110.43 of this chapter between the hours of 6:00 p.m. in the evening and the following morning.

§ 110.46 FALSE BIDS PROHIBITED.
   No person at any public auction of the goods, wares and merchandise described in § 110.43 of this chapter, shall act as bidder or what is commonly known as a capper, booster or shiller or offer to make any false bid or falsely pretend to buy any article at the auction sale for the purpose of deceiving the persons attending the sale, nor shall any person conducting the auction sale receive knowingly or permit to be made any false or boosting bids by any booster, by-bidder, shiller or other person bidding for the purpose of boosting the prices on articles sold or offered for sale at the auction sale.

§ 110.47 FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person running and conducting a public auction sale of any goods, wares or merchandise, described in § 110.43 of this chapter, to falsely advertise or represent the same to be bankrupt stock or falsely advertise or represent the same as being imported or to falsely represent the same as to brand, trademark, quality, weight or texture.

§ 110.48 LICENSE FORFEITED.
   Any person licensed to conduct any auction sale under the foregoing sections of this chapter and who has been convicted for the violation of any of the provisions of these sections or whose agents, employees and servants engaged in conducting the sale shall be convicted of violating any of the provisions, may forfeit license to further conduct the auction sale as the Court or the Council of the town may elect.
