§ 50.145 SPECIAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR INDUSTRIAL USERS IN SATELLITE POTWS.
   In the case of any industrial user located in a satellite POTW organization’s jurisdiction, all information required to be reported to the industrial user’s pretreatment program control authority shall also be reported to the POTW treatment plant organization.
