§ 156.022 COMMISSION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the Commission shall have the following duties:
   (A)   Initiate proposed amendments to this chapter and conduct a review of this chapter every two years;
   (B)   Review all proposed amendments to this chapter and make recommendations to the City Council;
   (C)   Review all planned unit developments and make recommendations to the City Council;
   (D)   Grant special use permits as specified in the Official Schedule of District Regulations, as described in §§ 156.050 through 156.061, and under the conditions as herein specified, such additional safeguards as will uphold the intent of this chapter;
   (E)   Hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, interpretation, or determination made by the Administrator;
   (F)   Authorize such variances from the terms of this chapter as will not be contrary to the public interest where, owing to special conditions, a literal enforcement of this chapter will result in unnecessary hardship, and so that the spirit of this chapter shall be observed and substantial justice done; and
   (G)   Periodically review fees charged and make recommendations to the City Council for adjustments.
