(A) A Commission member shall be removed by a majority of the full City Council at such time when such member no longer possesses the qualifications of office set forth in § 155.023.
(B) A member may be removed by a majority of the full City Council for cause at any time.
(C) Removal for cause shall include, but not be limited to, a failure to attend four regular or special meetings of the Commission during any consecutive 12-month period.
