§ 155.057 PUBLIC HEARING.
   Subsequent to its preliminary decision upon creating or not creating a historic district, the Commission shall hold a public hearing. Except as provided in Section § 155.056, notice of the date, time, place, and purpose of the hearing shall be given by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of all property to be included in such historic district, at least 14 days prior to the date of said public hearing, using the name and addresses of such owners as shown either in the records of the city or on the latest equalized assessment rolls, and shall further be advertised once in a daily newspaper of general circulation at least five days prior to the date of the hearing.
