§ 155.056 REPORT OF PRELIMINARY FINDINGS.
   (A)   If the members of the Commission do not constitute a majority of the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission shall report its preliminary findings to the Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration and recommendations, allowing the Planning and Zoning Commission 60 days’ notice of the time and place of the hearing described in § 155.057.
   (B)   If the members of the Commission constitute at least a majority of the membership of the Planning and Zoning Commission, then this section shall be of no force or effect.
