(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to the misdemeanor provisions provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Pursuant to Idaho Code § 54-5217, failure to register as required by the State Contractor Registration Act, as described in § 153.021, is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or imprisonment in the county’s jail for a term not to exceed six months. Either or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed, and, in addition thereto, any person so convicted shall pay such costs as the court may assess.
