§ 153.126 VIOLATIONS.

Any person who omits, refuses to comply with, or willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
