§ 153.113 PROHIBITED OPENINGS, CONNECTIONS, AND DEPOSITS.
   (A)   No plumber, drain layer, or other person shall open or uncover any manhole, air inlet, flush tank, or private connection with the public sewer without permission of the City Engineer.
   (B)   No plumber, drain layer, or other person shall leave openings, or fixtures, without ample protection against the admission of dirt, rubbish, or other injurious matter.
   (C)   No spring, creek, surface, or drainage water, cesspool, boiler, radiator, refrigerator, or soda fountain shall connect directly with the city sewer, but open fixtures properly vented and trapped shall be provided.
