§ 93.012 EXTENSION OF TIME; REVOCATION.
   (A)   Permit deemed void. Any permit issued hereunder shall be void if the work is not commenced and completed within the date specified on the permit, unless an extension of time for good cause is granted as hereafter provided.
   (B)   Extension of time. In order to obtain an extension, a request must be made, in writing, and filed at the City Clerk/Treasurer’s office and approved by the City Council. Further explanation can be found in § 93.005.
   (C)   Revocation. Any permit granted hereunder may be revoked by the City Council for noncompliance with any of the provisions of this subchapter.
