§ 90.053 TRAPS.
   (A)   Police and animal control officers are hereby authorized to place humane animal traps on public property, or on private property, upon permission of the owner.
   (B)   It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to disturb, injure, or damage such traps or animals confined within.
