§ 30.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Action on the violation of any provision of § 30.080 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine or penalty as listed in the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
