§ 153.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Each day any portion of §§ 153.15 through 153.23 of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense. A fine of a sum pursuant to Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances shall apply to each offense.
