§ 112.17 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, CONSTRUCTION TIMETABLE AND LINE EXTENSIONS.
   (A)   Within 24 months from the date of the award of this franchise the grantee must make cable televisions service available to every dwelling unit within the Town. The grantee must make cable televisions service available to at least 50% of the dwelling units within the Town within one year from the date of the award of the franchise.
   (B)   Any delay beyond the terms of this timetable unless specifically approved by the Town Council will be considered a violation of this chapter for which the provisions of either §§ 112.33 and 112.99 of this chapter shall apply as determined by the Town Council.
   (C)   With respect to requests for connection requiring an aerial drop line in excess of 200 feet, the grantee must extend and make available cable television service to such residence at a connection charge not to exceed the actual installation costs incurred by the grantee for this distance exceeding 200 feet.
   (D)   In no event shall construction begin any later than six months after the date of certification from the FCC, a copy of which certification shall be delivered to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
   (E)   The grantee shall extend the cable system into annexed areas of the Town provided said area is not specifically already receiving service by another company, within one year from the effective date of said annexation.
