§ 110.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION, FEE AND EXHIBITION.
   (A)   (1)   Any person or group of persons desiring to conduct a parade, circus or carnival, or other similar event within the Town shall first obtain a license from the office of the Economic Director. The Economic Director shall keep a complete record in his or her office of all licenses issued.
      (2)   The application for such license shall be similar to the application provided for in § 116.32(A) of this code of ordinances.
      (3)   No license fee shall be required under this chapter.
      (4)   All circuses, carnivals and parades or similar events coming within the terms of this code are required to exhibit their license at the request of any citizen.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a parade, circus or carnival, or other similar event, within the Town without first having obtained a license as herein provided.
