§ 75.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Violation of § 75.12 of this chapter by any person, firm or corporation shall be punishable by a fine pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.

(2) From and after passage hereof, any person, firm or corporation who furnishes utilities to such mobile home while in use in violation of § 75.12 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 75.40 through 75.49 of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
